Lucille Hemby Aycoth

Mrs. Lucille Hemby Aycoth, 93, died Saturday, April 21, 2004. She was born in Union County, NC on March 28, 1914 daughter of the late William A. and Nancy Moore Hemby. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at 2:00 PM in the New Hope United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. Mrs. Aycoth was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Wesley Aycoth and a daughter, Marilyn Aycoth. She is survived by a son, Joe Aycoth, daughter, Jean A. McCray, sisters, Ruby Helms and Willie Moore Aycoth, all of Monroe, 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. The family received friends Monday evening.
