Margaret (Morris) Steele

Waxhaw, NC Margaret Morris Steele, 79, died Monday, June 23, 2008. She was born in Lancaster County, SC on July 9, 1928, daughter of the late Eustace and Eva Mae Funderburk Morris. Mrs. Steele was a retired employee of Springs Industries. A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 26, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Tirzah Presbyterian Church Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, John Orion “J.O.” Steele, Sr., sons, John O. Steele, Jr. of Waxhaw, and David Michael Steele of Indian Land, SC, daughter, Patricia Henry of Monroe, 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
