Margaret (Little) Wortman

Margaret Little Wortman, 92, of Monroe, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017. She was born June 24, 1925 in Union County a daughter of the late Elizabeth Lizzie Broome. She is preceded in death by her husband Paul C. Wortman who passed away April 15, 1982 and a son Kenneth Wortman Funeral services for Mrs. Wortman will be held 11:00AM Wednesday, September 27, 2017 in the Gordon Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Mike Scott and Rev. Bill Englebreathe officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday morning from 10:00AM to 10:45 at the funeral home. Mrs. Wortman is survive by a son, Eugene Wortman and his wife Dean of Monroe, a daughter, Paulette Wallace and her husband Junior of Monroe, a brother, Buddy Little, three grandchildren, Gina Prince and her husband Tim, Angie Norwood and her husband Larry, Nikki Lunsford and her husband Patrick, seven great grandchildren, Logan, Dorian, and Keelan Prince, Siler and Seth Norwood, Cameron and Heath Lunsford.
