Margaret Carde Yarbrough

Dateline: Monroe Mrs. Margaret Carde Yarbrough 80, passed away July 6, 2009. She was born October 14, 1928, in Orange County daughter of the late George and Mollie Hayewood Carden. Mrs. Yarbrough was a member of Prospect United Methodist Church and a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert P. Yarbrough that died January 14, 1997, and a brother Billy Carden. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday July 9, 2009 in the Prospect United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Surviving are her sisters; Alice Redman of Killen, Texas, Anna Kiker of Indian Trail, Frances Watts of Greensboro, Annie Dodson and Mary Ellen Scarlett both of Hillsbrough, Her friends Charles and Donna Belk of Monroe. The family will receive guests following the service in the church fellowship hall.
