Margie Marie Robinson Hasty

Margie Marie Robinson Hasty, 90, passed away peacefully, Friday February 26, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 29, 1930 in Union County, NC daughter of the late J. Oscar & Blanche Kindley Robinson. She is also preceded in death by her husband Brons Pascal Hasty, and a son-in-law Daniel Blakemon. Mrs. Hasty will Lie in State on Monday, March 1, 2021 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Friendly Baptist Church, 5418 Friendly Baptist Church Road, Indian Trail NC, 28079. The family will not be present. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, March 1, 2021 for family only in the church, but will be broadcasted on station 94.7 FM for those that would like to listen from their car. She will be laid to rest beside her husband following the service in the church cemetery. She is survived by a daughter Janet Marie Blakemore, two sons: Michael Hasty, wife Carole and Ronald Hasty, wife Dee, a brother Harry Robinson, three sisters: Johnnie Mae Hasty, Willene Hall, and Barbara Jean Hasty, grandchildren: Brons Hasty, Cameron Hasty, Aaron Hasty, Lisa McClain, and Sheila Long, great grandchildren: Dillon McClain, Tyler McClain, Cooper McClain, Katie Long, Bryce Long, Davis Long, and Elenor Hasty. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Friendly Baptist Church, 5418 Friendly Baptist Church Road, Indian Trail NC, 28079.
