Margie Lee Pressley

Monroe, NC Margie Lee Pressley, 87, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2010. She was born in Robeson County, NC on October 10, 1922, daughter of the late Needom and Caroline Cartwright Anderson. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 3:00 PM in the Gordon Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Lakeland Memorial Park. Mrs. Pressley was preceded in death by her husband, Buren Pressley and a son, Kenneth Neal Pressley. She is survived by a son, Dennis Wayne Pressley of Monroe, sister, Doris Charles of Sanford, Florida, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. The family will receive friends from 1:45 until 2:45 pm Saturday prior to the service at Gordon Funeral Cremation Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112.
