Marie Baucom

Marie Nance Baucom, 70, of Monroe, NC passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021. She was born in Union County on November 19, 1950, daughter to the late James David Nance and Lizzie Simpson Nance. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Nance, sister, Helen Davis and a brother-in-law, Gene Deese. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Lee Park Baptist Church, 2491 Morgan Mill Road, Monroe, NC 28110. The family will receive friends and relatives following the service. The family request those in attendance to please follow the mask mandate. Marie is survived by her loving husband, Allan Baucom, son, Chad Brantley (Ranea); daughter, Leigh Bidoglio (John); step-daughters, Alecia Hayes (Scot), Dana Kristiansen (Kolbjorn); brothers, Glenn Nance (Annette), Atlas Nance (Shirley), Henry Nance (Betty); sisters, Mary Deese and Bonnie Edwards (Jimmy); sister-in-law, Loretta Nance; eleven grandchildren, Kyndall Dysard, Brayden Dysard, Kalina Hayes, Kendall Hayes, Kyler Kristiansen, Megan Bidoglio, Jake Bidoglio, Corbin Brantley, Madison Price, Colton Price and Erynn Ayers.
