Marie Antoinette “Annette” Marrone Thomas Blanchard, 96, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021. Annette is the daughter of the late James Marrone and Carmella DiPerna Marrone. She is also preceded in death by her first husband, Ray Thomas; second husband, Boyce W. Blanchard; and one son, Jeffrey Mark Thomas. Memorial services for Annette will be held at a later date. Annette was a charter member of Oakland Baptist Church in Monroe, NC. She is survived by her son, Gerald Thomas of Matthews, NC; two grandchildren, Dr. Phillip S. Thomas and Meredith Davis; and three great-grandchildren.
