Marie Ann Coffey, 65, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016. She was born July 31, 1950 in Cambridge, MA daughter of the late Fredrick Beatrice Casassa. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Jeremiah Christopher “Chris” Coffey, Jr. and a sister Faye Everson. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, June 24, 2016 in Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe, NC 28112. The family will visit following the service. Marie is survived by two sons Matthew Coffey of Indian Trail, Michael Coffey of Monroe, a brother Allen Casassa, a sister, Eve Hoban, four grandchildren Joshua Coffey, Juliya Coffey, James Coffey, and Jessalyn Coffey.
