Marilyn Johnston Konkel, 92, of Monroe, NC passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024. She was born in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, daughter to the late Charles B. Johnston and Ethel Russell Johnston. She is also preceded by her husband, Harold Fredrick Konkel, sister, Elnora Nebola, and sons-in-law, William Haggerty and John Adubato.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Marilyn is survived by her daughters, Denise Haggerty, Linda Roberson (Marty), Dianne Adubato, Lois Yassanye (Darin), brother Charlie Johnston (Mary), six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
