Dateline: Monroe Mr. Mark Jason Penegar 26, died April 12, 2009. Jason was born in Union County October 31, 1982, son of Mark Hoyle Penegar and the late Pamela Kletter Penegar. He was employed by Teledyne Allvac Co. Funeral services will be held Wednesday April 15th 2009, at Emmanuel Baptist Church at 11:00 AM conducted by Rev. Bill Funderburk and Rev. Dr. Mike Whitson. Interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. Jason is survived by his father and step mother Mark and Vickie Dermid Penegar of Monroe. His daughter: Pamela Riley Penegar and fiancée Kimberley Earp of Monroe. Brothers; Justin Penegar, Jordan Penegar,. Lance Penegar and step-brother; Greyson Laney all of Monroe. His grandparents Hoyle and Bobbie Privette Penegar of Monroe and Ann Venable of N. Myrtle Beach, SC. The family will receive visitors Wednesday from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM at Emmanuel Baptist Church 3816 Morgan Mill Rd. prior to the service. Gordon Funeral Cremation Service is caring for the family.
