Martha Jean Cooper, 95, passed away on May 24, 2024. She was born in East Alton, IL on August 6, 1928, the daughter of the late Thurman Dossett and Dorothy Merz Dossett.

Mrs. Cooper is survived by son Bradley Cooper of Morganville, New Jersey, grandchildren Scott Cooper (Alyssa) of New Jersey, Nicholas Cooper (Maddy Hepp) of New York, and great-grandchild Russell Cooper of New Jersey.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 AM on June 18, 2024, at the Gordon Funeral Service Crematory, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112. Interment and committal following at the columbarium at First Presbyterian Church in Monroe.
