Marty Purser, 44, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017. He was born April 24, 1973 in Union County, NC son to Marilyn Purser and the late Billy Martin Purser. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM, Monday, July 31, 2017 Hopewell Baptist Church Legacy Campus, 420 Hopewell Church Road, Monroe, NC 28110. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12 noon until 2:45 PM at the church. Burial will follow in Lucy Helms Cemetery. Marty is survived by his loving wife, Beth Price Purser, three sons, Trent, Connor, and Maddox Purser of the home, his mother Marilyn Purser, sister Debbie Purser Thomas, husband Cecil, father-in-law mother-in-law, Terry Judy Price, brother-in-laws, Lynn Price, wife Missy, Chris Price, wife Kim, nephew Aaron Tarlton, wife Cara, and niece Melissa McDonald.
