Mary Frances Wolfe Collins, 82, of Monroe, NC passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2025. She was born in Union County, NC on August 9, 1942, daughter to the late Marvin Wolfe and Pauline Morris Wolfe. She is also preceded in death by her husband Robert “Bob” Allen Collins, as well as her brother, Howard Wolfe.

Frances graduated from Mineral Springs High School. After graduating, she attended Kings College and studied at the Business School, attaining several certifications. She worked for NCNB Bank for many years following her time in school.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 12, 2025, in the chapel of Gordon Funeral Service with burial to follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112

Frances is survived by her son, Todd Collins (Lisa) and daughter, Allison Collins, step-grandson, Aaron Dahl.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pleasant Grove Campground Treasurer, PO Box 6, Mineral Springs, NC 28108.
