Mary Anne (Garcia) Gibbs

Mary Anne Gibbs age 62, died Tuesday evening, May 3, 2016. Ms. Gibbs was born March 25, 1954 in Miami, FL, the daughter of Mary Jane Cavanaugh Garcia and the late Neil Garcia. She was a retired office administrator. Mary’s joyful spirit was felt by all who knew her, and she was loved dearly by her friends and family. She is survived by a son, Jesse Gibbs of Thomasville, GA, daughter, Heather Williams (Jason) of Mint Hill, brother, Ron Garcia of Mocksville, two sisters, Claire Lanza of Miami, Jane Feo of The Village’s FL, grandchildren, Jay Gibbs, Miah Williams, Xavier Gibbs, and Anna Williams. A memorial service will be held Monday, May 9, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Philadelphia Presbyterian Church, Mint Hill, NC, Rev. Rusty Benton, officiating.
