Mary Jane Pittman, 80, passed on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. She was born July, 26, 1936 in Scotland County, NC daughter to the late Jesse David and Bettie Layton Peele. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Gordon Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will visit prior to the service from 11:30 AM until 12:45 PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe, NC 28112. Mary is survived by her loving husband of 63 years Curtis Pittman, two daughters; Debra Earnheart and husband Gerald of Marvin, Donna Wheeler of Monroe, four grandchildren; Daryl, Ashley, and Shane Earnheart, and Natalie Wheeler, three great grandchildren; Taylor, Zoe, and Averie Earnheart.
