Mary Ellis Riggins

Dateline: Monroe, NC Mary Ellis Riggins, 88, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2012. She was born in Union County, NC on June 7, 1924 daughter of the late Caster Jones and Myrtle Belk Ellis. Mrs. Riggins was preceded in death by her husbands, William E. Webster, J. C. Curlee and Paul Riggins. She was also preceded in death by brother, Joe Ellis and sisters, Billie Spurlock and Rhea Belk. The family will receive friends Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 10:30 AM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, with the funeral service to follow at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Riggins is survived by a son, Ricky Webster of Monroe, brothers, James Ellis and Gene Ellis, sister, Gladys Autry and many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
