Max Parker

Max Parker, 67, died Tuesday, October 16, 2007. He was born in Union County, NC on March 14, 1940 son of Mildred Thomas Parker and the late Cull Parker. He was retired from Concrete Supply Co. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 19, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. Mr. Parker is survived by his wife, Shirley H. Parker, son, Dennis Max Parker, Colorado Springs, CO, daughter, Lesa P. Kirkman of Weddington, sisters, Janet Starnes and Sharon Myers, both of Monroe, also 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Gordon Funeral Cremation Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112.
