Michael Lynn Greene, a native of Union County, was born November 26, 1967, and passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones on Thursday, September 29, 2022, after a 16-month battle with cancer.

He is survived by his spouse of 32 years, Rose Guzman Greene, from Boston, Mass.; his quadruplets: Terra-Marie, Logan, Duncan and Joshua Greene of Union County; his mother, Cheryl Armata; his brothers: Russell Greene and Johnathan Zipp; and his in-laws: Manuela and Rodolfo Guzman, along with the Guzman-Calvert-Johnson families.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter and Margaret Greene, in whose home he was raised.

Michael was a lover of art, his favorites being painting, jewelry-making, ceramics, and pottery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Michael may be made to Levine Cancer Institute, Charlotte, N.C.

A private funeral service was held Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, N.C. 28112.
