Michael Wayne “Mike” Hicks, 61, of Monroe, NC passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2020. He was born in Vance County on October 19, 1958. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe, NC 28112. Family will receive friends following the memorial service. Mike is survived by his loving wife of 28 years Barbara Hasty Hicks of the home, his parents Morris and Bonnie Ergle Hicks, brother Christopher Hicks (Vickie Harper) all of Charlotte, NC.
