Michael "Mike" Wayne Schrimpsher, 60, of Waxhaw, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019. He was born September 25, 1958 in Mecklenburg County a son of the late J.R. and Myrtle Watts Schrimpsher. He is also preceded in death by a brother, Gary Schrimpsher. A memorial service will be held 2:00pm Sunday, July 28, 2019 at the Waxhaw Baptist Church 8213 Old Waxhaw Monroe Rd, Waxhaw, NC 28173. The family will receive friends following the service. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Manus Schrimpsher, a daughter, Heather McWhorter (Bryan) of Waxhaw, two sisters, Connie Davis of Star, NC, Marcia English of Kannapolis, NC, three grandchildren, Bayden, Halle, Bode McWhorter, father & mother-in-law, J.E. and Bonnie Manus.
