Myrtle Price Helms, 90, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021. She was born December 29, 1930 in Union County, NC daughter to the late Thomas Franklin & Maggie Haigler Price. She is also preceded in death by her husband James Helms, a daughter Deborah Mullis. A graveside service will be held 3:00 PM, Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Union Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, 200 N. Morgan Mill Road, Monroe, NC 28110. Mrs. Helms is survived by two daughters: Rhonda Fuss, (Harry) and Paula Porter, (Gary), a son-in-law, Ted Mullis, (Mindy), a step-daughter, Linda Lofton, (Glenn), four grandchildren: Jennifer Deese, (Chris), Josh Fuss, (Justine) Zach Taylor, (Amanda) and Megan Haddock, four great grandchildren: Ally, Jackson, Drake, and Noah.
