Dateline: Monroe, NC Nancy Peters Lilley, 75, passed away Monday, September 6, 2010. She was born in Bristol, VA on March 25, 1935, daughter of the late Carl and Meda Scyphers Peters. A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 7:00 PM in Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. The family will visit with friends and relatives following the service. A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 1:00 PM in Morning View Cemetery in Bluff City, TN. Mrs. Lilley is survived by her son, Brian Lilley of Monroe and a brother, David Peters of Bristol, TN. Memorials may be made to Mt.
