A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 7:00 PM in Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. The family will visit with friends and relatives following the service. A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 1:00 PM in Morning View Cemetery in Bluff City, TN. Mrs. Lilley is survived by her son, Brian Lilley of Monroe and a brother, David Peters of Bristol, TN. Memorials may be made to Mt.
