Nicholas “Nick” Andrew Piascik, 27, of Stanfield, NC, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025. He was born on February 11, 1998, in Norwich, CT.

Nick was preceded in death by his father, Peter Andrew Piascik. He is survived by his loving mother, Heather Anne Melaun, with Jeremy Melaun, who remained an important presence in Nick’s life; his sister, Caitlyn Alexis Piascik; his maternal grandparents, Dan and Louise Zweifel; several aunts and uncles; and many cousins who cherished him dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 4, 2025, in the chapel of Gordon Funeral Service and Crematory. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Gordon Funeral Service and Crematory, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.
