Norman "Dream Boat" Rape

Mr. Norman Brantley “Dream Boat” Rape 72, died at his residence Saturday, June 13, 2009. He was a native of Union County, NC born September 30, 1936, son of the late Dowd Laney Rape and Anniebelle Rape. Norman enjoyed his hobbies of fishing, restoring classic cars and drag racing, and was a member of Sandy Ridge Baptist Church for 20 years. Funeral services will be held Monday June 15, 2009, in Sandy Ridge Baptist Church at 3:00 PM. Interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park.
