Dateline: Indian Trail, NC Norris Simpson Price, 73, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2012. He was born in Union County, NC on August 29, 1938 son of the late Lloyd and Betty Simpson Price. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 25, 2012, 2:00 PM at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 1417 W. Unionville Indian Trail Rd., Indian Trail, NC 28079 (corner of Ridge Rd. and Unionville Indian Trail Rd.). Burial will follow in Price Cemetery. Mr. Price is survived by his wife of 53 years, Rebecca Nash Price, sons, Mark Price and wife Lee of Marshville, Darrell Price, Todd Price and wife Lori, and Ryan Price, all of Monroe, brothers, Lamar Price and wife Irene, Marnie Price, Ted Price and wife Judy, all of Indian Trail, sisters, Carol Pressley and husband Phil of Matthews, Joann Snipes and husband Robert of Indian Trail, Brenda Little and husband Edd of Monroe, Bobbie Hamilton and husband Lane, Wanda Thomas and husband Jimmy, all of Indian Trail, grandchildren, Brandon, Brent, Megan, Aiden and Grayson Price and great grandchild, Christian Price. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112.
