Ocie Ivy (Mickey) Gordon

Ocie Ivy Mickey Gordon, 75, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011. She was born in Berkeley County, SC on July 2, 1936 daughter of the late Louis and Iona Myzell. Mrs. Gordon was a retired employee of Yale Security and a member of Mineral Springs United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 15, 2011 from 10:00 until 10:45 AM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 in the Gordon Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. Mrs. Gordon is survived by her husband, Charles H. Gordon, sons, Harry N. Kinard, Jr and wife Unkyong of Columbia, SC, Michael P. Kinard and wife Nora of Monroe, daughters, Kim Lohmeier and husband Larry of LaFayette, Indiana and Beth Lubbert of Sumter, SC, brothers, John, Oscar, Marion, Don and Daniel Myzell, all of Charleston, SC, sisters, Violet Williams, Geneva McSwain and Lillian Myzell, all of Charleston, SC, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
