Olin Wilson Williams, 89, of Monroe, NC passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017. He was born June 25, 1928 son of the late Roy and Odessa Bailey Williams. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Ann Williams Edwards, and sister, Eula Mae Williams Love. Olin was a life long member of Union Grove Primitive Baptist Church. He retired from Holly Farms as a Service Representative. Mr. Williams is survived by his loving wife Margaret Thomas Williams, three daughters, Reba Burgess, husband Wade of Monroe, Jane Threatt, husband Ernest of Wingate, Dale Helms and husband C.W. of Unionville, two brothers Clegg Williams of Monroe, and David Williams of Unionville, two sisters Lorraine Kiker of Monroe and Edith Sutton of Marshville, eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, December 29, at Union Grove Primitive Baptist Church, 3619 Morgan Mill Rd, Monroe, NC 28110. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
