Pamela “Pam” Harkey Johnson, 71, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2026. She was born on November 8, 1954, daughter to the late James Harkey and Helen Conder Harkey. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Keith Johnson, and brother, Dennis Harkey.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 2, 2026 at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery, 2301 N. Rocky River Rd. Monroe, NC 28110.

Pam is survived by her son, Jordan Johnson and his wife Madison, two brothers, Steven Harkey, Tim Harkey, and two sisters, Vicki Drake, and Myra Norwood.

Pam was a proud alum of the University of North Carlina in Chapel Hill. She loved college basketball, specifically the Tar Heels, and she loved spending time with her family. She was a lifelong believer in God and a faithful servant to Him. Pam will be greatly missed by everyone who has had the honor of meeting her.
