Pat Baucom Deese, 60, of Waxhaw, NC passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2017. She was born April 26, 1957, daughter of the late John Key and Lena Mae Hinson Baucom. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband Donnie Deese, brothers Arlie Baucom, Buren Baucom, sister-in-law, Linda Baucom and nephew Steve Baucom. Mrs. Deese is survived by her son Matt Deese of Waxhaw, two brothers Kenneth Baucom, wife Louise, Hubert Baucom wife Janette, two sisters Bonnie Greene husband Mitchell all of Monroe, and Belinda Deese of Parkland, FL, sister-in-law, Elsie Baucom, and Millie Shrader, brother-in-law Robert Deese, wife Jeanie all of Monroe, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Gordon Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 6907 Gus Eubanks Rd., Monroe, NC 28112. The family will receive friends and family prior to the service from 1:00 pm until 2:45 pm at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112.
