Mrs. Patricia Rogers Pfister, age 85, passed peacefully with her family by her side on August 4, 2026.

Mrs. Pfister was born on October 11, 1940, and was a lifelong resident of Waxhaw, NC. She was the daughter of the late Jessie Lee and Harry Rogers. She was an elementary school teacher in Union County, until she retired.

The family will receive friends from 5:30PM until 7:00PM on Friday, August 7, 2026, at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Siler Presbyterian Church, 6301 Weddington Rd, Matthews, NC 28104, where she served faithfully for many years. Interment will follow in the Waxhaw City Cemetery.

Mrs. Pfister is preceded in death by her husband, Max Edward Pfister, and is survived by her three daughters: Jeanne Baucom and husband, Gary Baucom; Julie Pfister McKee and husband, Scott Brownfield; and Susan Pfister Cartwright and husband, Benjamin Cartwright. She is also survived by eight grandchildren: Jessica Baucom, Anna Baucom, Ava McKee, Camryn McKee, Collin McKee, Lincoln Brownfield, Sebastian Cartwright, and Tucker Cartwright; and two siblings: Sandra Rogers Langford, and husband, James Langford; Joe Rogers and Tana Gaskin. Additionally, she is survived by her cherished brothers- and sisters-in-law from the Pfister family, along with many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Mrs. Pfister is preceded in death by a brother, Harry Rogers, Jr..
