Patricia Tarlton Edwards

Monroe, NC Patricia Tarlton Edwards, 65, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2010. She was born in Union County, NC on April 22, 1945 daughter of the late Adam and Lois Stegall Tarlton. Mrs. Edwards retired from G M Nameplate. Patricia was an active member of Macedonia Baptist Church. She enjoyed singing in the choir, participating in WMU, Senior Adult Group, Sunday School Class and her church family. The love of her life was cooking for her family, grandchildren, and her great granddaughter. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 17, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Macedonia Baptist Church, where she was a member. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. Mrs. Edwards is survived by her husband, Charles Edwards, sons, Jeffery Charles Edwards and wife Dawn of Burnsville, Anthony Lane Edwards and wife Shelley of Matthews, brother, John P. Tarlton of Monroe, grandchildren, Lauren Mullis, Jared, Colton, Hunter and Connor Edwards and a great grandchild, Kennedy Haigler.
