In Loving Memory of Patricia “Trish” Trausneck

Patricia Bray Trausneck, age 73, of Waxhaw NC, beloved wife of William McLean “Mac” Trausneck, Jr, passed away peacefully on September 20th 2024. Patrica was surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was Born in South Boston, VA, on May 24th 1951, she was the daughter of the late Wayland and Jeanette Keesee.

Patricia was a devoted mother, wife, friend and Registered Nurse. Her greatest joy in life was her family, but she also prided herself by being a dedicated Registered Nurse her whole career by caring for those she loved. She touched many lives with her spit fire personality, compassion, and unwavering support, and her home was always a place of warmth, laughter, and love.

Patricia is survived by her husband William McLean Trausneck, Jr, her daughter Carrie Hartman her husband Bryan Hartman their daughters Emma and Haley, daughter Elizabeth Mason her husband Troy Mason their son Ty, son David Trausneck his fiancee Amanda Martin. Her brothers Michael Keesee his wife Ellen, Anthony Keesee, Douglas Keesee his wife Rhonda, Stuart Keesee his wife Deborah, and Robert Keesee.

In addition to being a loving mother, she had a deep passion for shopping, spoiling her grandchildren, reading, cooking, baking, and sewing. Trish absolutely loved her family and spending time with them.

A visitation service will be held at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC on Wednesday September 25th from 5-7pm. A graveside service will be held Thursday September 26th at 11:00am at Waxhaw Cemetery on Arbor Dr. Patricia loved flowers and loved receiving flowers, please send flowers to Gordon Funeral Service.
