Patricia “Trish” Benton Williams, 71, of Monroe, NC passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026. She was born in Union County, NC on July 24, 1955, daughter to the late Clemon Benton, and Hallie Greene Benton, she is also preceded by her husband, Dolin Mack Williams, as well as their son, Barry Williams.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00PM on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, in the chapel of Gordon Funeral Service with burial in Bible Baptist Tabernacle Church Cemetery, 2900 Walkup Ave, Monroe, NC, 28110. The family will visit with friends and relatives prior to the service from 2:00PM until 2:45PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her son, Jerry Williams (Tia); daughter, Christy Hawkins (Michael); grandchildren, Brayden Hawkins, Prestin Hawkins, and Nadia Williams, four brothers, Donny Benton (Fran), Charles Benton (Teena), Rev.
