Patsy Walden

Mrs. Patsy Price Walden, 67, of Monroe, NC passed away Saturday, April 4, 2020 at Atrium CMC Medical Center in Charlotte. She was born on January 11, 1953 in Monroe, NC to the late Troy Wentz Price Jr. and Evelyn P. Price. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Ricky Price. Patsy is survived by her husband of 45 years Donald N. Walden and their son Garrett Walden and his wife Stefanie of Springe, Germany, sisters; Phyllis Myers of Indian Trail, NC and Pennie Hines. Patsy retired as Finance Director for The Alliance for Children in Monroe, NC in January 2019. She had a flare for interior decorating and put those talents to use at every opportunity. Patsy and her husband Donnie enjoyed RVing to the North Carolina Mountains and South Carolina Coastal areas. Although their most treasured times were regular trips to Germany to visit their son and daughter-in-law and extended family. A memorial to celebrate Patsy’s life will be scheduled at a later date.
