Peggy Taylor Hastings, 83, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015. She was born in Gaston County, NC on August 28, 1932 daughter of the late Ernest and Mary Jackson Taylor. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 10:00 AM at First Assembly of God, 2500 Arnold Dr., Monroe, NC 28110. The family will receive friends following the service. Mrs. Hastings is survived by sons, Rev. Charles Steven Hastings and Mark Lee Hastings, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Clifford Hastings.
