Peggy Loflin Jennings

Peggy Loflin Jennings, 78, of Waxhaw, NC passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on October 19, 1943 daughter to the late Harry Mark McNeal and Harriett Kalar McNeal. Peggy was admired by all for her strong devotion to her family and church and her love of all animals, especially birds. When she wasn't tending to her garden, she enjoyed getting together with her family, helping out at her church, reading and traveling. She will be dearly missed. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at First Presbyterian Church of Monroe, 302 E. Windsor Street, Monroe, NC 28112, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn East Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00AM until 11:45AM in the church. Peggy is survived by her devoted husband Frank J. Jennings, two sons Mark Loflin of Charlotte, Brad Loflin and wife, Beth of Monroe, two sisters Martha McNeal Bahnson of Charlotte and Joanie McNeal Teel of Rabun Gap, GA, as well as Frank's three children, Jeff, Steve and Melissa and their five children.
