Peggy Marcyne Lawrence

Peggy Marcyne Rawdon Lawrence, 85, of Monroe, NC passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025. She was born in Jackson County, MO, on February 24, 1940, daughter to the late John Rawdon and Emma Brewster Rawdon. She is also preceded by a sister, Doris Swarens.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Peggy is survived by her two daughters, Lisa Barringer, and Lori Lawrence, two sisters, Vivian Boin, and Beverly Karim, five grandchildren, Bryant Ferrell, Alexis Ferrell, Paige Teasley, Claire Adams, and Jacob Barringer, as well as four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Atrium Health Hospice and Palliative Care Union, 700 W. Roosevelt Blvd, Monroe, NC 28110.
