Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 2, 2013 at 11:00 AM in West Monroe Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Lakeland Memorial Park. Penny is survived by her mother, Bessie McAllister, husband, Russell Jenkins IV, daughter, Malia Emma Krimminger, sister, Marsha Krimminger.
