She was born in Cumberland County, New Jersey on August 24, 1963 daughter of Bessie Steel McAllister and the late Robert McAllister. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 2, 2013 at 11:00 AM in West Monroe Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Lakeland Memorial Park. Penny is survived by her mother, Bessie McAllister, husband, Russell Jenkins IV, daughter, Malia Emma Krimminger, sister, Marsha Krimminger.
