Phillip Edward Bradley, 68, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2016. He was born January 18, 1948 in Harrison County, KY son to the late Alva Virginia Wiggins Bradley. Phillip was a US AIRFORCE Veteran where he served 9 years active duty, and one term in Vietnam. He is survived by his loving wife, Frances Bailey Bradley; step-son, Scott Grissinger; three grandchildren, Tyler, Alex, Elizabeth Grissinger; a brother Marvin Bradley and wife, Katie; two nephews, Justin Bradley and wife, Ashley, and their son, Braxton, and Will Metts and wife, Holly.
