Dateline: Monroe, NC Mr. Phillip Eugene Morris, 56, passed away Saturday March 19, 2011 at his residence. Mr. Morris owned and operated Morris Garage and Towing. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday March 23, 2011 at the Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, NC, 28112, with burial to follow at Lakeland Memorial Park. He is survived by his two daughters Kathy Shaffer, and Sheila Price, mother, Geraldine Morris, fiancé Linda Thomas, two brothers, Shane Morris, and Tim Morris, two sisters Lourie Morris, and Mary Ford, and his 4 grandchildren.
