Phillip Pressley, 90, of Indian Trail, NC passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023. He was born in Union County on November 12, 1932, son of the late Will and Mary Smith Pressley. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife Carol Price Pressley, son-in-law, J. R. Price and brothers, M. P. Pressley and Harold Pressley.

Phil was an avid musician; he particularly loved playing country music. He played with a band, The Country Rebels, for over twenty years. He enjoyed raising horses and being outside in nature. He never met a stranger and loved his family. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Ebenezer Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Price Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral from 12:30 - 1:45 PM in the church sanctuary.

Phil is survived by his children, Karen Coffey (Tim), Dale Pressley (Kay) and Kim Price, seven grandchildren, Jason Stilwell, Travis Stilwell, Nina Honeycutt, Tracy Dunafon, Carrie Jackson, Casey Zwick and Max Price, nineteen great-grandchildren and his sister, Nancy Reid Simpson.
