Phyllis Leigh West Myers, 71, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at her residence. She was born January 9, 1947 daughter to the late Wallard Wilson West, Sr. Phyllis Hall West. Leigh is survived by her loving husband David Myers, three daughters, Melissa M. Coughran, Holly M. LeBatard, and Sarah C. Myers, a brother Willard Wilson West, Jr., seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
