Richard Oliver Angelo, 22, of Matthews, NC passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018. He was born November 5, 1995 in Ashtabula, OH, son of Roy and Heather Westlake Smith. The family will receive friends at 3:00pm, Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Providence Baptist Church, 3606 Providence Rd, South, Waxhaw, NC 28173. A memorial service will follow the visitation. Richard is also survived by a brother, Raymond Bloom of Matthews, and two sisters, JoAnna Sager and Jazmin Smith, both of Matthews.
