Ricky Andre "Rick" Black

Ricky Andre “Rick” Black, 61, passed away Friday, October 30, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born July 19, 1959 in Union County, NC son of the late Bobby Andre & Mary Louise Orr Black. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at Antioch Baptist Church, 6223 Love Mill Road, Monroe NC 28110. A visitation with family and friends will be held following the service in the fellowship hall. Ricky is survived by his loving wife Teresa Graham Black, son Matthew Black of Charlotte, daughter Kristina Boyer and husband Coleton of Newport Beach, CA, brother Tommy Black, his sisters; Sherry High, and Sonya Dobbins all of Monroe. The family is truly proud of his unending strength and determination as he fought his battle with cancer. They are deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support as they grieve their loving husband, father, and brother.
