Robert (Bobby) Keith Baucom, 76, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018. He was born June 30, 1942, to the late William Carl and Katie Flow Baucom. Mr. Baucom was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years and 18 days, Martha S. Baucom. Funeral services will be Monday, October 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, NC 28112. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 1:45 prior to the funeral. Mr. Baucom is survived by his son, Daryl Baucom; and daughter, Robin Baucom; grandchildren, Brandon and Jeremiah; brothers, Bill (Jenny) Baucom of Monroe, Larry (Peanut) Baucom of Marshville and Dennis (Mary) Baucom of Monroe; and sister, Kay (Barnes) Plyler of Monroe.
