Mr. Robert Edward “Eddie” Hoover, 68, of Monroe, NC passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020. He was born in Winston Salem, NC on April 8, 1952 son to the late Carl Edward Hoover and Kumia Victoria Parsons Hoover. A memorial service will be held at 6:00PM on Monday, October 19, 2020 at Gordon Funeral Chapel, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112. The family will receive friends following the service. Eddie is survived by his loving wife Sherri Gurley Hoover, and three sons, Robbie Hoover, wife Megan, Tommy Hoover and Chris Hoover, fiancé Taylor Eudy.
