Roger Price

Roger Dale Price, 67, passed away Monday, October 30, 2017. He was born July 11, 1950 in Union County, NC son of the late J.C. Mamie Elizabeth Baucom Price. He is also preceded in death by two brothers, an infant brother and Ray Price. Roger retired from ATI in 2013. He enjoyed the outdoors, and always found projects to keep him busy. He actively served with the Brotherhood of Love Baptist Church. Roger was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed by all that knew him, and his family will cherish the legacy and memories he leaves behind. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, November 3, 2017 at Love Baptist Church, 707 Deese Road Monroe, NC 28110 with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Roger is survived by his loving wife Judy Helms Price, two sons, Lane Price, wife Amy, Mark Price, wife Jessica, all of Monroe, daughter Sharon Crisp, husband Jay of Mint Hill, two brothers, Kenneth Price, and Barry Price both of Monroe, two sisters, Peggy Allen of Indian Trail, and Hazeline White of Edgefield, SC, ten grandchildren, Stephen Stone, Ryan Stone, Michael Price, Sarah Price, Madison Barrett, Jackson Price, Carson Price, Brody Crisp, Garrett Crisp, and Reid Crisp. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 2, 2017, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave. Monroe, NC 28112.
