Ronald “Ron” Wayne Morgan, 82, of Charlotte, NC passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026. He was born in Newark, NJ on November 28, 1943, son of the late Alonzo F. Morgan and Eleanor Hurley Morgan. He is also preceded in death by his two brothers, Lon Morgan and Terry Morgan.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Georgia.

Ron is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Patricia “Pat” Morgan, two sons, Brad Morgan (Katie), Brian Morgan (Ebony), daughter, Jennifer O’Brian (Chris), four grandchildren, Elliott Morgan, Emmett Morgan, Eamonn O’Brian, and Maggie O’Brian.
