Ronnie D. Nash, 74 years of age of Monroe, NC, passed away Friday, December 8th, 2017 at his residence. He was born on October 12th, 1943 in Monroe, NC, the son of the late Glenn and Willie Nash. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Nash. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was a Purple Heart recipient. Mr. Nash is survived by his wife, Patsy Nash, his daughter Jennifer Rushing and her husband Brian, his son Jeffrey Nash and his wife Rita, his four grandchildren, Lauren, Cameron, Lindsey and Rebecca and his brothers Dennis and Norris. Memorial services with military honors will be 4:00 PM Wednesday, December 13th, 2017 at Oak Grove Baptist Church with the Pastor Rich Myers officiating located at 4013 New Town Rd, Waxhaw, NC 28173. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Oak Grove Baptist Church, Baptist Men’s Association at 4013 New Town Rd, Waxhaw, NC 28173.
